Death at Seattle Boeing supplier triggers investigations

One of Boeing's biggest plastic parts suppliers is under investigation after a fatal factory accident in Seattle. A piece of machinery fell and struck a worker on May 30 at Vaupell Molding and Tooling, triggering a series of events that have resulted in an investigation of the injection molding plastic parts manufacturer by Boeing, the Washington state Department of Labor and Industries and the Federal Aviation Administration.
