City of Tampa seeks $1M from Georgia software firm for breach of contract

The city of Tampa is suing a Georgia company for more than $1 million for failing to provide services aimed at streamlining its solid waste department fleet. City Attorney Salvatore Territo filed the lawsuit in Hillsborough County court on March 8, records show.
